Vince joined Churchill Asset Management in 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Associate in the Private Equity and Junior Capital group, where he is responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring investments across mezzanine debt, equity co-investments and fund commitments. Prior to his current role, Vince was an Associate in Wells Fargo’s Corporate & Investment Banking – Technology, Media & Telecom group, focused on debt financing for M&A, recapitalizations, and other investment projects.

Vince graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill – Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2019 with a B.S. in Business Administration.
