Karen is a Vice President at Churchill and a member of the Finance team. In her role, she is focused on financial reporting, accounting and audit compliance for the firm’s Junior Capital & Private Equity Solutions (PEJC) funds.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2024, she was a Vice President at Siguler Guff & Company, responsible for the accounting and reporting of multiple Private Equity Funds. Previously, Karen worked at Sculptor Capital Management, supporting global trade operations and began her career in public accounting at EisnerAmper, specializing in financial statement audits of Private Equity Funds.

Karen graduated from Binghamton University with both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
