Jake is a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Churchill Asset Management, an affiliate of Nuveen.  Jake has a demonstrated history working in the financial services industry, with specialty in fund formation, private fund investments, and equity co-investments.  At Churchill, Jake provides day-to-day legal support and coverage for the Junior Capital & Private Equity Solutions team.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2023, Jake worked for Nuveen, Barings LLC and BlackRock, Inc. in a similar capacity and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP as an associate.  Jake graduated from the College of William and Mary and received his juris doctor from Columbia Law School.
