David is a Senior Associate and Associate General Counsel at Churchill Asset Management, an affiliate of Nuveen. David is responsible for providing legal support for the Firm’s private credit platform, including bilateral and syndicated credit facilities and collateralized loan obligations. Prior to joining Churchill in 2024, David worked for Dechert LLP as an associate in the global finance practice group.

David graduated from the University of Virginia and received his juris doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
