Fraser is a Senior Associate at Churchill and a member of the Junior Capital & Private Equity Solutions investment team.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2023, he was an Associate with Lazard Frères & Co. where he focused on pitching, securing and executing M&A advisory engagements across the Consumer, Food & Retail sectors. Previously, Fraser was an Associate with Citizen Bank’s Aerospace, Defense & Government Services team, where he advised on a variety of strategic alternatives including acquisitions and debt financings. He began his career as a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young’s Risk Advisory group.

Fraser graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Finance.
