Jad is a Vice President at Churchill and a member of the Underwriting & Portfolio Management group, focused on the firm’s Senior Lending strategy.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2019, he was an Associate at OFS Capital Management, focused on CLO management in the broadly syndicated loan market. Prior to OFS, he was an Analyst at Antares Capital, focused on providing financing solutions for middle market private equity-backed transactions.

Jad graduated from John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
