Megan is the Director of Human Resources at Churchill. She is responsible for planning and executing Churchill’s people strategy and overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function.
Prior to joining Churchill in 2024, Megan was an HR Business Partner at Lindsay Goldberg, specializing in performance management, compensation, and workforce development. Previously, she held significant roles at Antares Capital and Wintrust Wealth Management, where she developed key HR strategies and programs that enhanced organizational effectiveness. Megan began her career at Global Distribution Services, where she managed HR and payroll operations.
Megan graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Communication Studies and minor in Business Administration.
