Robert is a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Churchill Asset Management, an affiliate of Nuveen. Robert is primarily responsible for providing day-to-day legal support to Churchill’s private equity and junior capital team. Prior to joining the organization in 2023, Robert was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, specializing in business reorganization and restructurings. He began his legal career as an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in their corporate M&A and private equity group.

Robert graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and received his juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
