Tarek is a Managing Director at Churchill and a member of the Origination team, focused on the firm’s Senior Lending strategy. In his role, he is focused on sourcing deals and building relationships with U.S. East Coast private equity sponsors.

Prior to joining Churchill in 2018, he was a Director in BNP Paribas’ Merchant Banking and Loan Syndication groups, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and syndicating private equity debt financings. Previously, Tarek held similar positions at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse. Tarek began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he earned his CPA and performed due diligence and quality of earnings reviews primarily for private equity clients.

Tarek graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. He received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
